Denys Lavrenyuk ("we", "us", "our") operates the Master Interview System. We act as the data controller for personal data we process about you in connection with the Service.

2. Personal Data We Collect

  • Account & contact data: name, email address, login credentials.
  • Order data: products purchased, order ID, transaction status (collected by Paddle and shared with us).
  • Support communications: messages you send us via email or chat.
  • Usage & technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, log data, analytics events.

3. Why We Process It

  • To create and manage your account and grant access to the Service (contract performance).
  • To deliver purchased materials and Telegram channel access (contract performance).
  • To provide customer support (contract performance / legitimate interest).
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure security (legitimate interest, legal obligation).
  • To improve the Service and our content (legitimate interest).
  • To send transactional emails about your purchase (contract performance).
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, manages subscriptions, handles tax compliance, issues invoices, and processes refunds.
  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where reasonably required.
  • Authorities — where disclosure is required by law.

5. International Transfers

Some of our subprocessors may be located outside your country of residence. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
