How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact Paddle support directly via the link in your purchase receipt, or
  3. Reach out to us via the support channel provided after purchase, and we will assist with your refund request.

Processing Time

Once approved by Paddle, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
