30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Master Interview System, with no exceptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
This policy meets and exceeds the 14-day minimum refund period guaranteed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact Paddle support directly via the link in your purchase receipt, or
- Reach out to us via the support channel provided after purchase, and we will assist with your refund request.
No reason or justification is required. We do not impose any exceptions, qualifying conditions, or restocking fees on refund requests submitted within the refund period.
Processing Time
Once approved by Paddle, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
