2. Acceptance

By purchasing, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age and have authority to enter into this agreement.

3. The Service

The Service is an educational training program for maritime officers preparing for command interviews, including written materials, video content, frameworks, and access to a private Telegram channel. Access is granted on a lifetime basis for the purchased product.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to:

  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party;
  • Interfere with the security of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering);
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access credentials with third parties;
  • Circumvent any technical limits or access restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, branding, and documentation that make up the Service are owned by Denys Lavrenyuk and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Service Level

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment or chargeback; (c) fraud or security risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
